I would love your help with a new project I am working on.

Are you one of the millions of people that are affected by anxiety or depression? Do you have physical responses to your anxiety such as sleeplessness, fast breathing and raised heart rate, stomach or digestive issues? If so I would love your help!

I am developing a course including mindfulness, hypnotherapy, visualisation and relaxation techniques to help reduce stress and anxiety. This includes lots of practical tools that you can apply in your everyday life. Each week also includes a free recording that you can take home and practice with.

If this sounds like something you or someone you know would be interested in, I will be running a free pilot session in the next month or so. Places will be limited and I will be looking for your commitment to provide feedback to inform my decisions around the final course content. The course would cover the following issues. But it would be great to know if you have any other ideas:

1. Dealing with negative self talk
2. Controlling emotional responses
3. Improving sleep
4. Relaxation techniques
5. Improving “foggy” thinking
